Gala believes continuous process improvement allows organizations to identify problems or opportunities, analyze situations, develop and implement potential solutions, and evaluate results.
With experience as both an Executive Director and Program Director, Gala has dedicated her career to identifying and addressing barriers to nonprofit growth and effectiveness. She has collaborated with boards and teams to develop strategic plans, strengthen governance, resolve internal challenges, and foster inclusive, mission-driven collaboration. Driven by her passion for nonprofit leadership, Gala earned a Doctorate in Nonprofit Leadership and Management. Her dissertation title, The Perpetual Challenges of Nonprofit Board Governance and Its Impact on Operations, underscores her commitment to strengthening nonprofit organizations from the inside out.
Through her studies in board governance, executive leadership development, and strategy planning, she identified key challenges and actionable solutions that help nonprofits develop critical processes to improve overall performance.
